WHO WE ARE
Canadian Alumni Network Singapore (CANsg) was formed by a volunteer group of Colombo Plan scholars in 1979. It is managed by an elected Executive Committee with guidance from a Board of Advisors. The High Commissioner of Canada to Singapore was invited to serve as Vice-Chair in the founding Board of Advisors, a tradition which continues today.
OUR VISION
To ensure that every alumni currently residing in Singapore is well-connected with their peers, as well as with the network globally.
WHAT WE DO
CANsg aims to help Canadian alumni in Singapore stay connected and make connections, promote the excellence of Canadian higher education, and contribute to further strengthening relations between Singapore and Canada.
OUR COMMUNITY
Today there are over 16,000 Canadian graduates in Singapore. From our senior alumni who have contributed immeasurably to the pioneering years of Singapore’s socio-economic development and growth to our most recent graduates, we share the common bond of an enriching experience studying and living in Canada.
