CA-S rang in the year of the Rooster by hosting its annual Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner at the famous Fatty Weng Chinese restaurant, located in the heart of Chinatown.
Throughout the meal we could see some 440 stalls buzzing across Pagoda Street, Temple Street, Smith Street, Sago Street and Trengganu Street, selling traditional CNY goods. A perfect atmosphere for our CNY celebration!
We were delighted to welcome special guest, H.E Lynn McDonald, High Commissioner of Canada to Singapore to her very first CA-S Chinese New Year Reunion dinner. This was a well-attended event with alumni representing 19 Canadian universities. As always, this was an enjoyable event giving alumni an opportunity to connect with new faces and reconnect with old ones.
